Parents/Players

The Coaches are very excited about the upcoming AAU season. We are looking forward to building on last year’s successes and improving each and every team in our program. We will field the following girl’s teams for this upcoming season: 15U (high school level), 13U, 12U, 11U, 10U.

For the new season there are certain paperwork issues that we must take care of to ensure that our players and our program are AAU certified for the 2006-07 AAU calendar year.

We need the following ASAP (No later than Weds. October 11, 2008):

1. Copy of Birth Certificate
2. Completed CA Ballaz Medical Release Form – URGENT
3. $ 30.00 AAU fee

We also ask that you participate in ALL fundraisers diligently and vehemently to help keep your out of pocket cost to a minimum. We do not want to be a program that charges outrageous fees; and we plan to exist as a program that serves our youth by keeping our fees low.

Please be aware that the $ 30.00 AAU fee registers your daughter with the National Amateur Athletic Union and pays for standard liability insurance for the CA Ballaz program in case of injury. This fee must be paid ASAP so we can register your child.
