CA Ballaz Parent Volunteer Policy

Among CA Ballaz enriching environment is the active involvement of the parents. Through participation in various activities, the parents are instrumental to the growth of the organization. The Hoops on the Hill Basketball Tournament is our annual fundraiser where we can raise funds to help cover with some uniform costs, tournament fees and travel expenses for our teams. We need 100% participation from all families to make this an ongoing success. Parents must participate in order for this event to be a success. Our fundraisers are critical to helping keep cost down!!!!!!!!!!

The following are required hours for each family to work and receive player credit incentives based on this participation.

HS1, HS2 Teams:

• Parents to work a minimum of 4 hours total
• Credit toward tournament airfare, tournament fees (roughly $ 200 - $ 300)

13U, 12U, 11U, 10U Teams:

• Parents to work a minimum of 4 hours total
• Credit toward tournament fees or misc. costs (roughly $ 100 - $150)

Credit incentives will apply ONLY IF PARENTS VOLUNTEER 4 hour min. during the tournament. No exceptions for player credits, benefits, awards, etc. will be given to a player or family if they do not participate.
